This is one of Harry Moons original bags marketed to travelers who flew the original BOAC Catalina Flying Boat Route from London to the Cape via Cairo.

Being from another era this bag has a very distinctive look and carries with it a tremendous heritage in terms of our whole Laudator Temporis Acti leaning (“the romance of an age gone by”). Perhaps because they were destined for Flying Boat customers Harry Moons original Catalina bag – like ours – was waterproofed. The bag is also lined with interior pockets and features our standard fittings in terms of solid brass zips and heavy duty buckles.
